Privacy Policy

Your privacy is fundamental. Short version: we collect the minimum needed, store everything ourselves, and never sell your data.

Privacy-first by design. Self-hosted in Australia. No third-party analytics. No advertising. No data brokers. Your data stays on our servers.

What we collect

Account identifier: Used to isolate your data from other users. Never shared.
Glucose readings + timestamps: Stored to power charts, analytics, and time-in-range stats.
Contact form submissions: Name, email, and message โ€” used only to reply to you.

We collect nothing else. No device fingerprinting, no behavioural tracking, no third-party analytics.

How it is stored

All data lives in a self-hosted PostgreSQL database running on a private Unraid server in Australia. Nothing is sent to cloud providers, analytics platforms, or data brokers.

Encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS)
Readings polled every ~1 minute to build accurate history
Database backups run daily, retained for 30 days

Your control

Delete account: Permanent and immediate โ€” no soft-delete, no hidden retention.
Export data: Request a standard export of your readings at any time.
Modify info: Update or clear your account details via Settings.

Who can see your data

Only you โ€” and the system administrator for security monitoring and maintenance. Access is logged. Your data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for marketing.

Third-party services

The glucose dashboard reads from LibreLinkUp via its unofficial API. We do not control, store, or share LibreLinkUp credentials beyond what is needed to fetch your readings. Their own privacy policy applies to your LibreLinkUp account.
