Your privacy is fundamental. Short version: we collect the minimum needed, store everything ourselves, and never sell your data.

Privacy-first by design. Self-hosted in Australia. No third-party analytics. No advertising. No data brokers. Your data stays on our servers.

What this site collects

Name, email, subject, message: What you type into the contact form — used only to reply to you.
Service type: Which category you picked (General, Mental Health, Web Dev, Tech Consulting) — helps route the message, not tracked for analytics.
IP address + user-agent: Stored on the submission for spam/abuse prevention. Not published or shared.

That’s everything — no device fingerprinting beyond basic bot-detection, no third-party analytics, no ad trackers.

How it is stored

Submissions go into a self-hosted PostgreSQL database on a private Unraid server. Nothing is sent to a CRM, mailing-list provider, or analytics platform.

Traffic to this domain is served over HTTPS (encrypted in transit)
Not separately encrypted at rest beyond standard server disk protection
No automated retention limit exists yet for contact submissions — request deletion any time (see below) and it will be handled manually

Who can see it

Only the site operator, via direct database access — there is no public listing or admin dashboard for contact submissions on this site. A best-effort notification (your name, email, subject, and chosen category) is also sent to the operator’s own Discord so messages aren’t missed.

Third-party services

Google reCAPTCHA: Runs when configured, to filter automated spam. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that check.
Discord: Used for the operator’s own notification, as above — not for authentication or account linking on this site.

Requesting deletion

There are no accounts on this site, so deletion is handled manually: message via the contact form referencing what you’d like removed, or reach out on Discord.
